TrueNorth developed an AI-driven executive assistant that provides real-time insights to decision-makers by combining structured and unstructured business data.

The solution enables executives to query performance data conversationally and instantly receive dynamic visualizations, accelerating financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and improving strategic decision-making.

Unified Data Access

Consolidated structured and unstructured data (from ERP, PDF reports, and internal systems) into a secure analytical environment using Azure Databricks.

Query Routing and Natural Language Processing

Implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) combined with Text-to-SQL technology to interpret executive queries and translate them into SQL commands for instant data retrieval.

Interactive Visualization Layer
