Your FastTrack foundation keeps growing. So does your business.
The day you go live is not the finish line, it’s the starting point. The Managed FastTrack Service gives your team the processes, capability and ongoing enhancement cadence to keep your data foundation growing alongside your business.
A great foundation that stops growing is just a snapshot.
Four things reliably happen in the 30–90 days after a FastTrack go-live. The Managed FastTrack Service is the direct answer to all four.
01.
The backlog starts the day you go live
02.
IT inherits a platform they can run but not yet extend
03.
Adoption is uneven and nobody is actively driving it
04
Governance is informal and prioritization is ad hoc
What the Managed FastTrack Service is not
This is not a support contract. It is not a helpdesk. It is not a way of making you permanently dependent on TrueNorth. It is a structured, time-boxed engagement that installs the processes, governance and capability your team needs to continuously enhance your FastTrack model, and progressively take full ownership of doing so themselves.

Four workstreams. Running in parallel across 6 months.
Every workstream is active from month one. The intensity scales back as your team builds capability, but none of them stop until the engagement completes.
01
Monthly Sprints
Continuous Model Enhancement
- Structured intake process for new requirements — a defined way for any team to submit, describe and prioritize enhancement requests
- Monthly enhancement sprint: new reports, updated data models, new data source integrations and metric additions
- Backlog management and prioritization sessions with the business sponsor — most valuable work gets done first
- Quality assurance and testing on all enhancements before rollout to the business
02
Ongoing
Adoption and Change Management
- Active adoption monitoring — tracking platform usage by team and user to see where adoption is strong and where it is stalling
- Targeted enablement for low-adoption teams: short, focused sessions addressing specific barriers to usage
- Monthly leadership report: platform usage, enhancements delivered and adoption progress for the business sponsor
- Embedding data-driven habits into team workflows so the platform becomes the default, not the alternative
03
Structured programme
IT Cross-Skilling and Capability Transfer
- Structured knowledge transfer for the IT or data team who will own the platform long-term
- Hands-on involvement in enhancement sprints — IT participates in builds, not just reviews the outputs
- Full documentation: data model, pipeline architecture, enhancement runbooks and change management playbooks
- By month 6, your internal team can manage the platform, run enhancement sprints and onboard new requirements independently
04
Foundations first
Governance and Process Installation
- Requirements intake and triage process — defined, documented and embedded in team workflows by the end of month 2
- Change control process for data model modifications so extensions don't break existing reports
- Platform health monitoring: pipeline reliability, data freshness SLAs and report performance
- Escalation paths and a clear support model for the post-service period when your team is operating independently
High-touch when you need it most. Self-sufficient by the end.
The engagement is deliberately structured to be most intensive in the early months, when processes are being established and capability is being built, and to scale back as your team grows into the platform.
High-Touch
- Intake process established and live
- First enhancement sprints completed
- IT cross-skilling programme begins
- Adoption baseline measured
- Governance framework drafted
Mid-Touch
Structured
- Enhancement cadence sustained
- IT team running sprints with oversight
- Governance handed to internal team
- Adoption gaps actively addressed
- Documentation completed
Light-Touch
Advisory
- TrueNorth in advisory role only
- Internal team leads all sprints
- Final capability sign-off
- Transition planning completed
- Renewal options presented
Internal team fully self-sufficient. Full documentation and runbooks handed over. Transition to independence completed.
Built to reduce dependency. Not create it.
Most managed services are structured to keep you coming back. The Managed FastTrack Service is explicitly designed to do the opposite. By month 6, your team should be able to manage and extend the FastTrack platform without TrueNorth’s involvement. That is not a risk to TrueNorth, it is the strongest possible foundation for a long-term relationship.
What self-sufficiency looks like at month 6
IT team runs enhancement sprints independently
Intake and governance processes are embedded
Adoption is measurably improved
Full documentation is in your team’s hands

The best time to start is at go-live. The second best time is now.
The Managed FastTrack Service is most effective when it starts at the moment your FastTrack platform goes live. If you have already gone live, we can still assess your backlog, adoption state and IT capability and design an engagement that meets you where you are.
