TrueSCM FastTrack

One model. Sales, inventory and purchasing connected.

When your sales team, operations team and procurement team all work from the same data foundation, the business stops reacting and starts anticipating. TrueSCM FastTrack delivers that foundation. Live in 6–8 weeks, without a 9-month project.

Who This Is For

Two teams. One problem. One connected model that solves it.

TrueSCM FastTrack is a joint initiative across operations, sales and IT. The supply chain data model powers both operational visibility and sales performance reporting from a single trusted source — bringing three teams together around the same numbers for the first time. And once the foundation is live, the natural next steps are clear.

Operations & Supply Chain

The COO and Supply Chain Director

You are generating significant operational data but extracting almost no value from it in near real time. Weekly reports take days to produce and are already out of date when they arrive.

What you get: live operational dashboards covering inventory, purchasing and OTIF, plus visibility of what the sales team is committing to customers, so you can align fulfilment capacity before demand becomes a crisis.
Sales & Revenue

The Sales Director and CRO

Your sales performance data is currently disconnected from your operational reality. Pipeline and revenue reports live in CRM, while inventory and fulfilment data lives in the ERP, and never the twain shall meet.

What you get: live sales performance dashboards connected to the same data your supply chain team uses, so your team knows not just what they sold but whether operations can deliver it, and when more stock is arriving.
Technology & IT

The CIO and CTO

You need confidence that TrueSCM FastTrack fits your existing stack, that IT’s role is clearly defined, and that you won’t inherit a poorly designed system to maintain after go-live.

IT is a co-stakeholder, not a gatekeeper. One data foundation, one pipeline, one platform, serving two business functions simultaneously. The engagement is designed around a joint scoping process so operations, sales and IT are aligned from day one.
The Problem

The data is in your systems. Getting it out is the problem.

Supply chain and sales performance data is not missing, it is locked inside ERPs and operational systems that were never designed to produce near real-time analytics for two business functions at once.

Inventory is always a surprise
Stockouts and overstocks happen because the sales demand signal never reaches procurement in time. Purchasing is making decisions in isolation from what sales is actually selling.
Reporting is a weekly project
1 to 2 days of manual spreadsheet consolidation every week, and operations and sales still produce separate reports from separate extracts that never quite reconcile.
OTIF is a guess
On-time in-full performance is tracked informally. And when a delivery fails, sales finds out from the customer, not from the operations team, because the data does not flow between them.
No shared source of truth
Sales reports one revenue number, operations reports another. Procurement has no visibility of what sales is committing to customers. Every cross-functional meeting starts with reconciling whose numbers are right.
Sales reports are always manual
Revenue by customer and product requires a manual ERP extract every week. When a salesperson promises a customer delivery on a specific item, they have no visibility of on-hand stock or inbound POs. They are selling blind.
Both teams are IT-dependent
Every report request from operations or sales goes into an IT queue. By the time either team gets their data, it is already days old, and still not connected to what the other team is seeing.
What You Get

One model. Every team working from the same truth.

TrueSCM FastTrack connects your source systems to a pre-built supply chain data model through the FastTrack Setup, giving your operations team near real-time supply chain visibility and your sales team live sales performance reporting from the same trusted source. The data model and standard reports are already built. You are not paying for a build from scratch.

1. Pre-built supply chain data model

A standardized, production-ready structure covering procurement, inventory, supplier performance and sales performance, already built and tested. Your data maps into it, not the other way around.

2. FastTrack Setup

Structured sessions connecting your source system data to the supply chain data model. The operations team drives business requirements while IT actively participates in source system connectivity and infrastructure setup.

3. Automated data pipeline

Sales, inventory and purchasing data flows automatically from your source systems into a single connected data model on Fabric or Databricks. No manual exports, no scheduled emails, and no version where operations and sales are working from different numbers.

4. Standard report library, live from day one

Sales, Inventory and Purchasing; three domains, one connected model. See below for the full report list and the integrated value each domain delivers when connected to the other two.

5. Single source of truth validation

Sign-off with both the operations and sales teams that the data is accurate and trusted before go-live. Both teams confirm their reports are correct before the platform goes live.

6. User training and 30-day hypercare

Training covers both operations and sales audiences. Each team is shown their reports and how to use the platform independently. TrueNorth provides 30 days of hypercare support so the first month runs smoothly for everyone.

One foundation. Two business audiences. The Sales Director gets near real-time visibility across inventory, purchasing and OTIF with live sales performance reporting, by customer, product, region, warehouse and sales person, from the same trusted source. Both teams stop working from different numbers and start working from the same foundation.

The FastTrack Setup makes the 6–8 week timeline possible. Because the data model is already built and proven, the engagement is structured configuration and connection, grounding your supply chain and sales reporting in a foundation that is designed to last, not architecture and engineering from scratch.

Operations and IT deliver this together. The operations and sales teams drive business requirements. IT owns source system connectivity, infrastructure setup and platform decisions. TrueNorth handles the data model, pipeline build and everything in between. The result is a reliable, proven data foundation that serves two business functions simultaneously, with live reports that refresh automatically and a platform your IT team is comfortable operating.

Built to fit. Not built to constrain.

The pre-built supply chain data model is your starting point, not your ceiling. Once the foundation is live, your team can extend reports, add custom metrics, incorporate additional data sources and adapt the model to reflect how your operations and sales processes actually work. You get the speed of a proven foundation with the flexibility to make it yours.

Standard report library

Not three separate reports. One connected view of your business.

Most reporting tools show you sales in one place, inventory in another and purchasing somewhere else entirely. TrueSCM FastTrack connects all three into a single data model, creating a closed loop from demand signal to fulfilment action. Your sales team can see what a customer bought, whether stock is available and what is on order. Your operations team can see where demand is building, whether there is warehouse capacity to respond, which vendor can deliver fastest and whether open orders will arrive in time. That is not a reporting upgrade. That is a fundamentally different way of running your business.

The closed loop — from demand to fulfilment

The closed loop. From demand to fulfilment

Demand signal
Sales by customer and product reveal where demand is building
Purchasing action
Best vendor to deliver fast, open POs and inbound lead times
Stock position
On-hand, committed and available-to-promise by item and warehouse
Demand Coverage

Open POs, committed stock and inbound supply show whether demand is already covered.

When a sales spike hits, procurement knows immediately which vendor can respond fastest, whether existing stock and inbound POs already cover the gap, and what action is required next, every decision grounded in data.

For the technology team

IT is a co-stakeholder. Not a gatekeeper.

Each FastTrack product builds a trusted data foundation for a different part of the business. Together they give every commercial and financial function the same quality of near real-time, connected data.

What IT needs to know

TrueSCM FastTrack works with your existing source systems as-is. No ERP modification, no custom API development, no infrastructure redesign. We connect to what you already have using read-only access.

The platform decision is yours. TrueSCM FastTrack deploys on Microsoft Fabric or Databricks, whichever fits your organization\u2019s direction. TrueNorth supports both and will work within your existing Azure or cloud environment. The same infrastructure serves both operational and sales reporting.

After go-live, the platform is yours to operate. TrueNorth provides 30 days of hypercare, full documentation and a trained internal team. You won\u2019t be dependent on TrueNorth to keep the lights on.
